SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Consultant/Specialist Prosthodontist to join our esteemed dental team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in restoring and replacing teeth to improve the function and aesthetics of patients' smiles. As a Consultant/Specialist Prosthodontist, you will be responsible for diagnosing oral conditions, developing treatment plans, and utilizing various prosthodontic techniques and materials to produce high-quality dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, dentures, and implant-supported prostheses. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health to determine the need for prosthodontic treatment Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals Design and create fixed and removable prosthodontic appliances Collaborate with dental laboratory technicians to ensure accurate fabrication of restorations Educate patients on treatment options, oral care, and maintenance of prosthetic devices Monitor and adjust prosthetic devices as necessary to ensure optimal fit and function Work closely with other dental specialists to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation Stay informed on the latest developments in the field of prosthodontics through continuous education Adhere to ethical and professional standards of care Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited prosthodontics residency program Board certification or eligibility in prosthodontics Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality prosthodontic care Strong knowledge of dental materials and restorative techniques Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients Ability to work harmoniously in a team-focused environment Commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth in prosthodontics Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
