In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosing diverse mental health conditions, and devising individualized treatment strategies. Your expertise will significantly contribute to improving the mental well-being of patients dealing with various psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to assess the mental health needs of patients Diagnose and provide treatment for a range of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and schizophrenia Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may involve medication management, psychotherapy, and other therapeutic interventions Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing established therapeutic techniques Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care Stay current with advancements in psychiatry and integrate new methodologies into practice Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry Board certification in Psychiatry is highly preferred Comprehensive experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders Strong knowledge of psychiatric treatment practices and therapeutic approaches Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and colleagues Ability to conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and create actionable treatment plans Detail-oriented and highly organized in managing patient documentation and care Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team as well as independently Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in the applicable jurisdiction Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
