Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patients' mental health Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating therapy, medication management, and lifestyle recommendations Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care Stay current with developments in the field of psychiatry to integrate best practices into treatment Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions Medical degree with a specialization in Psychiatry Board certification in Psychiatry is highly preferred Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating diverse mental health disorders In-depth knowledge of psychiatric treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with patients and interdisciplinary teams Ability to conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and develop effective treatment plans Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in managing patient records Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus
