In this vital role, you will provide essential diagnostic imaging services, making a significant impact on patient care and treatment outcomes. As a Consultant/Specialist Radiologist, you will be responsible for interpreting a variety of imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. Your expertise in this field will be key in collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and optimal treatment paths for patients. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret a range of medical imaging studies such as X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. Make accurate diagnoses based on imaging findings and communicate results effectively. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to formulate and implement comprehensive patient care plans. Write clear and detailed reports for referring physicians detailing findings and recommendations. Maintain high standards of imaging quality and patient safety. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with advancements in radiology. Medical degree with specialization in Radiology and a valid medical practice license. Extensive experience in interpreting various imaging modalities. Strong knowledge of radiology principles, techniques, and technologies. Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills. Attention to detail with strong documentation abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) is preferred.
