In this role, you will diagnose spine disorders, perform advanced surgical procedures, and provide comprehensive post-operative care. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to create tailored treatment plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest standard of medical attention. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients with spine-related issues through comprehensive assessments and diagnostic imaging. Perform a range of surgical interventions including spinal fusions, laminectomies, and minimally invasive spine surgeries. Manage pre-operative planning and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive and comprehensive patient care. Advise patients on treatment options, discussing risks and benefits to aid in informed decision-making. Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures accurately in accordance with healthcare regulations. Engage in continuous education and professional development to stay updated with advancements in spinal surgery. Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with active and valid medical license. Completed residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery, with specialization in spine surgery. Proficient experience in diagnosing and treating complex spine conditions. Hands-on experience performing a variety of spine surgical procedures. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating complex medical cases and implementing treatment plans. Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality patient care. Interest in ongoing professional development and education in spine surgery methodologies. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
