SearchPlus HR is excited to announce an impactful opening for a Consultant/Specialist Spine Surgeon to join our dedicated healthcare team. This position is designed for a highly skilled and motivated surgeon who is passionate about treating spine-related conditions with a focus on patient-centered care. In this role, you will be entrusted with diagnosing a variety of spinal disorders, performing advanced surgical procedures, and overseeing comprehensive post-operative care. Your expertise will be integral in helping patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations to diagnose spinal disorders, including comprehensive medical history and physical examination. Utilize advanced diagnostic imaging techniques such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans to inform treatment strategies. Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including spinal fusions, laminectomies, and innovative minimally invasive surgery techniques. Oversee the entire surgical process from pre-operative assessment to post-operative recovery and follow-up care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Maintain meticulous records of patient care and surgical procedures while ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development and keep abreast of advancements in spine surgery techniques and technologies. Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) with active board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of spine conditions. Demonstrated proficiency in performing complex spine surgeries and familiarity with the latest surgical technologies. Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Strong analytical and decision-making skills to manage complex medical cases. Commitment to ethical practice and high-quality patient care. Willingness to participate in ongoing education for personal and professional development.
