SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant/Specialist Surgical Oncologist to join a leading healthcare institution dedicated to providing exceptional cancer care. In this role, you will contribute to the comprehensive management of cancer patients through surgical interventions, emphasizing both technical proficiency and compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing patients, developing tailored surgical plans, performing complex surgical procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. You will also have the opportunity to engage in research and continuing education within the field. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed evaluations of patients, including medical histories and physical examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory tests to guide treatment decisions. Design and implement individualized surgical treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of surgical procedures addressing different types of cancer with precision. Collaborate with oncology specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care. Manage post-operative care and monitor patient recovery, addressing any complications that arise. Participate in tumor board meetings and case discussions for ongoing treatment and care improvement. Stay updated with advancements in surgical techniques and contribute to clinical research initiatives. Qualifications: Medical degree with specialization in Surgical Oncology. Active medical license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist Surgical Oncologist. A minimum of [X] years of experience in surgical oncology or a related field.
