This role is essential for delivering high-quality urological care and improving patient outcomes. In your capacity as a Consultant/Specialist Urologist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various urological disorders, performing advanced surgical procedures, and providing comprehensive patient management. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing the health and well-being of patients within our network. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ medical histories and perform detailed urological examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and laboratory evaluations. Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive system. Perform various surgical procedures, including minimally invasive and open surgeries as required. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings. Provide ongoing patient management, including follow-ups and adjustments to treatment as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care. Maintain knowledge of the latest advancements in urology through continuous professional development. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Urology. Board certification in Urology and a valid medical license. Significant clinical experience in urology with proven expertise in diagnosing and managing urological conditions. Strong proficiency in performing urological procedures and surgeries. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education. Strong analytical skills and sound judgment in clinical decision-making. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
