SearchPlus HR is currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Consultant/Specialist in Visceral Surgery to join our esteemed medical team. As a Consultant/Specialist in Visceral Surgery, you will be responsible for performing complex surgical procedures related to the organs within the abdominal cavity, including the stomach, intestines, liver, and pancreas. Your role will involve diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, providing preoperative and postoperative care, and offering expert guidance within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. You will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on patients' lives by restoring health and improving their quality of life through effective surgical interventions. Responsibilities: Perform complex visceral surgeries and minimally invasive procedures Evaluate patients to determine appropriate surgical interventions Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments Manage preoperative and postoperative care, ensuring optimal recovery outcomes Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated patient care Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and recovery processes Conduct ongoing research and stay current with advancements in visceral surgery Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ethical standards in surgical practice Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients Medical degree and valid license to practice in visceral surgery Completion of a residency program in General Surgery and specialization in Visceral Surgery Board certification or eligibility in Surgery Proven experience in performing visceral surgical procedures Strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed surgical decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team Commitment to continuous learning and professional development Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
