Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and best practices. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions and clinical practices. Medical degree with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery. Specialization in Spine Surgery, with advanced fellowship training preferred. Proven track record of successful spine surgeries and patient management. Extensive knowledge of spine surgical techniques and appropriate technologies. Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to interpret diagnostic imaging. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and colleagues. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment within a multidisciplinary team.
