What will your typical day look like?
As a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte your core focus is being part of a project delivery team and shaping deliverables within a project.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include;
Working within teams to help determine client problems, co-designing options / solutions with clients in a structured and logical manner, as well as developing deliverables and outputs for clients
Conducting research and analysis including determining the appropriate primary and secondary sources to gather and validate data / insights
Supporting the development of strong client relationships to deliver projects on-time and to clients’ expectations
Contributing to practice and business development activities e.g. through the development best practice methodologies, thought leadership material and/or sales materials

You’ll also directly engage with clients through designing and facilitating interviews and workshops.

You will be considered a reliable and strong team player who can deliver solutions to complex problems independently and on-time. You will need to:
Have between 2-3 years of experience strategy consulting experience or equivalent time in a strategy team within a market leading/global company
Have the curiosity to learn and be proactive in bringing forward ideas. Can research, gather, and analyse information to solve ambiguous problems. Are comfortable with data analytics and can apply to develop data driven insights
Bring exceptional quantitative, analytical and financial modelling skills
Bring a structured problem-solving approach, to help solve diverse and complex problems across a range of industries
Be able to work independently in delivering project activities and client outputs and deliverables, while also working effectively as a part of a project team
Support with project management, including scoping, designing and planning projects (e.g. pre-kick off and ongoing governance throughout the project lifecycle) to deliver best in class outcomes for clients.
Be able to be an effective team player, and embody a strong sense of team and a passion to develop others as well as themselves
Possess highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with a range of clients.
