JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consultant will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and business transformation projects. You will engage with senior stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver practical solutions that achieve lasting impact. The role requires a balance of analytical capability, communication excellence, and the ability to thrive in challenging environments.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in supply chain, operations, consulting , or corporate functions.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and intrinsically motivated with curiosity to learn.
  • Willingness to work at client sites, including manufacturing environments.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in South East Asian languages will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
