Requirements Specialization degree or Board certification in surgical oncology. Medical degree from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice. Extensive experience in surgical oncology. Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes. Strong knowledge of oncology and cancer treatment protocols. Excellent surgical skills and precision. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Empathy and compassion for patients. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient-centered care.
