Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with oncological conditions requiring surgical intervention Develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans Perform complex surgical oncology procedures with precision and care Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient management Manage pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and recovery Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and tumor boards Engage in ongoing research, clinical trials, and professional development to advance surgical oncology practices Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post-surgical care Medical degree with specialization in Surgical Oncology Board certification and current license to practice as a Consultant Surgical Oncologist Proven experience in surgical oncology, preferably within a leading healthcare institution Strong knowledge of oncological surgical techniques, patient management, and cancer treatment modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment Commitment to research, continuous learning, and professional excellence Compassionate and patient-focused approach to healthcare delivery Good salary packages plus other standard benefits like accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc.
