Job Description Sia is looking for bright and dynamic consultants willing to gain insight into a business consulting career and support our activities in regards to Climate. We are interested in people with good track records during their education, and a strong interest/experience in sustainable development. As a business consultant, you will be involved in our internal projects. You will execute various assignments regarding our consulting for good approach: techno-economic studies, marketing, coordination and organisation, people & culture change, document analysis, benchmarks, data analysis, presentations, etc. You will get the opportunity to actively contribute to our knowledge creation and exchange (workshops, publications, etc.). Equipped with the entrepreneurial fibre, you are ready to collaborate with us in a fast-growing company. Qualifications University Master Civil Engineering preferrably or, Business Engineering, Economics, Management Outstanding team player and good communication skills Strong interest in sustainable subjects cross sectors Analytical mind, exploring options and able to synthesize into conclusions Autonomous, dynamic, result oriented, rigorous and committed You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer. Trilingual: Dutch (mandatory), French, English. If you also speak German fluently, that’s a great plus!
