Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of technical roles across engineering and product teams. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, understands technical profiles, and can manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate data in ATS/CRM systems Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track recruitment metrics and share regular hiring updates Support onboarding and documentation as required
