We provide the most accurate and comprehensive valuation services, turnkey acquisition support, assistance with contingency plans, and personalized succession/exit strategies to clients across the country. DESCRIPTION

The Consultant: Team Solutions role assists the team in all project-related tasks focused on helping clients with the creation/update/maintenance of their entity and works with business owners during mergers and reorganization. Tasks include developing core strategies for projects, creating project deliverables, communicating with clients, and monitoring team projects. The position requires a high level of independent work and strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. We are searching for a self-starter who is detail-oriented and loves to work in a team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
  • Proficient in project management software tools and office productivity suites
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders effectively
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in complex projects or multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
  • Leadership capabilities to guide and support project teams effectively
  • Experience with entities, entity structures, and buy-sell provisions, preferred
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CEPA, JD) are advantageous but not mandatory.
    You will play a vital role in driving successful project outcomes, fostering collaboration, and ensuring efficient project execution. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the organization’s overall success and growth.
    The pay range for this role is:
    70,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Remote - United States
