We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Technology Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in IT or Software Engineering who are eager to develop expertise in project delivery, client engagement, and leading marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) technologies.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, support the design and implementation of digital solutions, and manage project deliverables. While prior experience with CRM or marketing platforms is an advantage, it is not mandatory—training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong interest in project management, technology consulting, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

GOOD-TO-HAVE SKILLS (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)

  • Knowledge or hands-on experience in CRM and marketing technologies , such as:Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Marketing CloudAdobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, Campaign)Braze
  • Familiarity with client management or business analysis.
  • Basic understanding of system integrations and APIs.
