QUALIFICATIONS

We understand that not every candidate possesses all the requirements listed, but all curious and passionate candidates are encouraged to apply, if you meet most of the following criteria:

  • You have a minimum of 1 year of experience from your studies or previous employment from business intelligence, RPA, AI, process mining etc.
  • You have a master degree in either finance, audit, data science, business analytics or similar. But what matters most is your passion for and/or experience with the areas mentioned.
  • You are knowledgeable of data modeling, ETL processes and databases.
  • You have a proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar expertise.
  • You have Experience with different ERP systems and/or API integrations.
  • You have consulting or project experience with problem-solving skills, the ability to diagnose client challenges, and propose tailored solutions.
  • You have more than 2 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or financial analysis, preferably in a client-facing role.
  • It is a plus if you are familiar with the Microsoft suite. Primarily Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric Platform, Microsoft Azure Platform etc.
  • You can with ease communicate in Danish and English, both verbally and written to stakeholders with technical and non-technical background.
  • Strong communication and people skills, to interact with our clients and the whole team.
  • You thrive in working as part of a team in an international, agile, and sometimes fast paced environment.
  • Have legal right to live and work in Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing our clients’ specific business needs and requirements.
  • Design, develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions involving data extraction, data transformation and visualization.
  • Helping audit teams and clients with development and deployment of best-in-class analytics solutions
  • Identify client challenges and apply a consultancy mindset to develop tailored, digital solutions using your digital toolbox.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, business operations to ensure that analytics solutions are aligned with the business objectives.
  • Leading workstreams or smaller teams on client projects.
  • Managing key stakeholders to enhance our understanding of clients` needs and build lasting relationships.
  • Contributing to building our offerings to the next level, through e.g., sales activities or recruitment.
    You will also play a role in developing our data analytics offerings and solutions, as we constantly strive for the cutting-edge within our core capabilities, industry insights, and collaboration within Deloitte in the Nordics and globally.
