We maintain a global perspective on business issues through not only our work with multinational clients, but also through our sister organisations in Europe, Asia, and Latin America and as a founding member of the Inogen Alliance.   About the position  We are currently seeking a Transaction Support Consultant to join Antea Group UK, our established EHS consulting operation based in the United Kingdom.   As the Transaction Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role within our expanding Transaction Support Team. Your primary responsibilities will be to support multinational clients across a broad spectrum of due diligence work, predominantly the assessment of contaminated land liability of real estate assets. You will also work closely with our in-house flood risk, sustainability and ground investigation teams to help deliver multi-disciplinary advice.  This is a full-time role.  To be successful in this role, individuals must demonstrate:  Essential qualities   * Experience in writing Phase 1 Environmental Assessments. * Ability to work confidently and independently on complex assignments. * Basic project management skills, both as a team member and task leader. * Strong technical report writing skills, with a strong attention to detail. * Ability to make insightful recommendations and independent judgments. * Understanding of how their work impacts project success and customer experience. * Willingness to train, develop and direct other team members. * Strong collaboration and effective communication skills. * Ability to promote and exemplify firm values and foster a professional, inclusive culture. * Flexibility and willingness to travel as required  Preferred qualities  * Understanding and experience of application of ESG and Sustainability concepts within the real estate sector. Essential qualifications  * BSc in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field. * A minimum of 2years of applicable Environmental Due Diligence or geo-environmental experience. * Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a background check. * A valid driver's license for business travel.   Additional information   Our EHS consulting operation in Leeds, United Kingdom is supported by our sister company, Antea Group USA.
