THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Enterprise Risk team in Copenhagen.
Enterprise Risk supports clients in transforming their risk practices. We enhance performance by creating risk-enabled organizations and help clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management. As a risk professional, you will be addressing client issues and transformations relating to Enterprise Risk Management (covering both business and IT risk), ESG Risk, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk Management, process and controls design, effectiveness, Governance, and Risk and Compliance (GRC) implementations. Our solutions are used by our clients to build confidence and trust with their customers, the overall market and adhere to applicable regulations.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor or Master’s degree with 0-4 years of relevant working experience
• Sense of responsibility towards your colleagues, clients and society
• Learner and growth mindset
• Good interpersonal skills, which enable you to work in an international and collaborative team environment
• Solid planning and organizing skills
• Exceptional presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Danish language skills are a plus, but not a requirement
• Previous consulting experience and relevant professional certifications are also a plus

As mentioned above, we are looking both for Consultants and Senior Consultants. We are looking for different profiles, backgrounds and working experience. For Consultants we are not expecting you to have prior experience within the services we deliver, but instead a curious mindset, solid planning and organization skills, and exceptional communication skills. You are diligent, detail-oriented, and always deliver on your commitments.
For Senior Consultants, we would expect you to have 2 years of experience within Enterprise Risk Management, ESG Risk, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk Management, or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). You have demonstrated your ability to deliver on client engagements, to build up and maintain strong client relationships, and provide valuable insights to clients.

Across both levels, you will work with:

• Assisting organizations with maintaining effective and efficient controls, in order to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulation
• Delivering projects relating to IT management, business risk management, internal controls, and internal audit strategic sourcing to our clients
• Assisting in preparing reports for clients and other stakeholders
• Working effectively as a team member – providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on your progress
• Ensuring client deliverables are on time and to the standard expected by the client
