THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants within the Enterprise Risk team in Copenhagen.
Enterprise Risk supports clients in transforming their risk practices. We enhance performance by creating risk-enabled organizations and help clients identify important risks, design frameworks to manage them and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of risk management. As a risk professional, you will be addressing client issues and transformations relating to Enterprise Risk Management (covering both business and IT risk), ESG Risk, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk Management, process and controls design, effectiveness, Governance, and Risk and Compliance (GRC) implementations. Our solutions are used by our clients to build confidence and trust with their customers, the overall market and adhere to applicable regulations.

As mentioned above, we are looking both for Consultants and Senior Consultants. We are looking for different profiles, backgrounds and working experience. For Consultants we are not expecting you to have prior experience within the services we deliver, but instead a curious mindset, solid planning and organization skills, and exceptional communication skills. You are diligent, detail-oriented, and always deliver on your commitments.
For Senior Consultants, we would expect you to have 2 years of experience within Enterprise Risk Management, ESG Risk, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk Management, or Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC). You have demonstrated your ability to deliver on client engagements, to build up and maintain strong client relationships, and provide valuable insights to clients.
