Key Responsibilities Sell prospective clients on hiring the firm and the quality service provided. Actively drive firm growth by efficiently converting potential clients into retained clients. Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' specific immigration needs and explore suitable legal options. Gather detailed information on client goals and challenges through active listening. Present clear, concise information about relevant case types and immigration solutions. Consult with Attorneys and/or Consult Leads to ensure accurate case assessment and guidance. Build strong initial client relationships by fostering trust and clear communication. Manage the financial component by facilitating the efficient collection of initial payments to secure engagement. Guide clients through the contract signing process, ensuring complete understanding of all terms. Required Qualifications Must be bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal). Demonstrated experience in a Sales role. Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
