1. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and prioritize key accounts and potential customers. 3. Engage with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. 5. Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system. 7. Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar role in a B2B sales environment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. 3. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 4. Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools. 5. Knowledge of sales processes and the ability to adapt to evolving strategies. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
