Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Consultant in Salt Lake City, Utah and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:

• Performing data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, interface development, and systems development utilizing Salesforce DataLoader, Salesforce Developer Experience (SFDX), Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), SQL, REST, Data Import Wizard, API, API Postman, and Agile Scrum methodology;
• Researching user-reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing Jira, Fishbone or Ishikawa diagram, scatter plot diagram, Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL);
• Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudo code, utilizing prototypes, mockups, UML diagrams, Entity-Relationship diagrams, dataflow diagrams, Agile Scrum methodology, use cases, and user stories;
• Automating development and deployment tasks using Salesforce Flosum, SFDX Commands and Scripting, Git, Bitbucket, and GitHub;
• Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce, and Salesforce sub-modules including Sales, Service, Experience, Health, and Industries (Vlocity);
• Developing multi-tier architecture applications using SFDX, Salesforce Developer Console, OmniStudio for Vlocity, Agile Scrum methodology, and Waterfall methodologies;
• Troubleshooting development and deployment issues by debugging codes and interpreting logs by performing isolation and reproduction, environment replication, failure injection, and collaborative debugging utilizing Apex Programming Mistake Detector (PMD) , and Visual Studio Debugger; and
• Working with a team of developers to both produce new components and resolve defects through a standard defect resolution process, utilizing Git, SFDX, Visual Studio Code, Jira, Kanban board, and Agile Scrum methodology.

Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Help facilitate continuous business improvement by planning and monitoring solution enhancements, upgrades, support packs, and scheduled functional releases. Help coordinate and manage test strategies, user behavior analysis, metrics and reporting.
