Job Description Responsibilities: Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development and pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Qualifications Graduate degree in any discipline for more than 2 years OR post-graduate in management or Science for more than 1 year from top-tier university One to three years of experience in consulting, Payment industry, digital payments or banking preferred Strategic and analytical thinking with strong attention to detail Ability to understand and start to disaggregate problem statement into distinct pieces of analysis Ability to execute quantitative and qualitative analysis Basic takeaways from data and starting to craft storyline Strong team player with willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts Proficient and ideally a power use of spreadsheet and presentation tools Interest in payments and financial institution or consumer lending is a plus Excellence written and verbal English communication skills Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer.
