本ポジションは、弊社カスタマー・エクスペリエンス・センター（CXC）事業部内の大手通信事業者ネットワークのサービスデリバリ担当となります。お客様・パートナー様、社内のエンジニアと協業してお客様ネットワーク導入、運用の支援をします。【職務内容】・お客様の課題や技術要件の整理・お客様の課題に対する施策案の提案・お客様要件の整理と実現方式作成・お客様システムの基本設計書、詳細設計書作成・技術的な問い合わせ対応・お客様・パートナーとの関係構築・維持【求められる能力】 -Must Have- ・5年以上のシステムエンジニア経験・Router、Ethernet Switch の知識・SPネットワーキングにおける深い知識およびSPに関連したProjectのシニアエンジニア経験・リーダーシップをもってプロアクティブに活動できる方・ネイティブレベルの日本語能力とビジネスレベルの英語理解能力 -Nice to Have- ・サーバーOS(Redhat, UNIX、Linux) の基本知識・AIワークロードに対応したインフラの構築・運用経験はプラス・プログラミング能力があれば尚良・問題、課題、ビジネスに対して自分の事として取り組むことができる人・お互いを理解、尊重し、成長できる人・できない理由を考えるより、どう実現するか考えれる人・学ぶ意欲が強く、新しい技術に対しても積極的に自己研鑽に励める方・英語力 TOEIC 750点以上またはそれ相当【資格:尚可】・CCIE ・DEVNET ・AWS/GCPの資格保持者、またそれ相当・Redhatの資格保持者、またはそれ相当・PMP Why Cisco?
