We're seeking enthusiastic individuals ready to dive into the exciting world of strategic problem-solving and business transformation. Collaborate with project teams on assignments for top companies in various industries Conduct research and gather data to support project objectives Assist in analyzing complex business problems and developing innovative solutions Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations Participate in client meetings and interviews to gather information and present results Support the development of project deliverables, including strategic plans and organizational redesigns Contribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and team discussions Assist in market analysis, production strategies, and sourcing optimization projects Qualifications Recent graduate in Business, Economics, IT, Engineering, or related field CGPA: 3.7+ Available to start immediately Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 1-2 relevant internships or equivalent experience in consulting, business analysis, or related fields Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proactive, hard-working, and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn Confident and personable demeanor with a sense of humor Adaptability and openness to feedback and continuous improvement Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with business concepts and current market trends is a plus
