MAIN SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

• Consulting experience in roles focused on Digital Transformation and Digital Process optimisation in the commercial space
• A track record of implementing successful digital transformation, Omni-Channel and automation programmes, ideally within the Life Sciences Industry
• Experienced with enterprise-wide deployments of process excellence and delivery methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, DevOps, SAFe)
• Skilful in leading AI and Gen-AI initiatives in as a Business Analyst or Project Manager

• Lead the delivery of complex Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) initiatives, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals and consistently delivering high-quality results.
• Architect, deploy, and refine intelligent automation solutions, spanning RPA, AI, and workflow technologies, driving operational excellence and innovation
• Collaborate with clients to shape and execute transformative operations consulting projects, unlocking efficiency gains, cost reductions, and sustainable business impact
