What You Will Do As a Consulting Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving data and AI transformation projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Defining Data & AI Strategies. Advising C-level executives (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, operations, IT, etc.) on data-driven strategies. Leading engagements in areas such as Data Strategy, AI Use Cases, Governance & Operating Models, and AI Adoption & Change Management. Translating business challenges into scalable AI and data solutions. Managing Multi-Disciplinary Teams Leading cross-functional teams of consultants, data analysts, data scientists, and engineers to deliver impactful projects. Ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical teams. Coaching and developing junior consultants to grow their expertise in data-driven transformation. Driving Business Development Strengthening relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. Supporting the expansion of Artefact in Brussels by contributing to client acquisition and market penetration. Crafting compelling proposals and responses to RFPs. Delivering High-Impact Projects Structuring problem-solving approaches for business challenges. Managing the end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements, from strategy definition to implementation. Ensuring the successful adoption of data and AI solutions by client teams. Contributing to Thought Leadership & Internal Growth Becoming an expert in one or more areas (AI Strategy, Data Governance, AI for Finance, Data Marketing, etc.). Developing and delivering trainings for both internal teams and clients. Representing Effixis at industry events and contributing to thought leadership initiatives (articles, whitepapers, webinars, etc.). Supporting internal initiatives such as recruitment, knowledge management, and innovation. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in a consulting firm, with a focus on data, AI, or digital transformation. Strong business acumen, with the ability to link data and AI solutions to measurable business outcomes. Experience in managing teams, mentoring junior consultants, and fostering collaboration across disciplines. Ability to identify and develop business opportunities through client interactions. Passion for data and AI, with a continuous learning mindset. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills in English and French or Dutch. Responsibilities
