Consulting Manager Experience Range: 7.5 to 12 Years About the role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as a Lead Audit Content QA Consultant. In this leadership role, you will guide and oversee the Audit Content QA team in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of Knowledge Coach content. You will be responsible for driving the team’s performance, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams, and maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery. Lead and manage the Audit Content QA team, providing guidance and support to ensure team objectives are met. Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor the progress of quality assurance activities. Ensure all documents meet the highest standards of correctness and quality before release. Supervise the team’s review of content for spelling, grammar, and consistency against master documents. Lead the team in documenting QA findings, ensuring comprehensive and timely reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve quality assurance processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the Audit content project and to align team goals with broader organizational objectives. Identify skill gaps and plan training sessions on tools, quality assurance practices, and team workflows. Ensure team members are proficient in the necessary tools and methodologies to perform their roles effectively. Skills and Qualification: Bachelor’s or post graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CA) are a plus. Minimum 8 to 14 Years experience in audit processes, content quality assurance, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Excellent communication with strong expertise in proofreading, editing, and quality assurance practices. Familiarity with audit standards and software development processes. Proficiency in QA tools and techniques for content validation and functionality testing. A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
