Join a rapidly growing technology company with a vital mission: developing world-class software to prevent and fight crime. At XCI, we ensure that police authorities and intelligence services are equipped with the best technological solutions, empowering them to protect citizens in cities, on streets, and in homes. We're seeking a talented Consulting Manager who’s curious, patient, and great with people. If you're driven by helping others succeed, thrive in a high-trust environment, and want to make a meaningful impact in the fight against crime, we want to hear from you. Lead a high-impact team Are you a strong communicator who thrives on collaboration and connection? Do you stay calm under pressure and know how to navigate your team through complexity and change? If so, you could be the next great addition to our XCI Delivery team. As Consulting Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of consultants responsible for delivering XCI’s advanced solutions to mission-critical customers. You’ll act as a connector—between teams, departments, and customers—ensuring alignment, quality, and continuous improvement. Areas of responsibilities: Support individual consultant performance, development, and well-being through regular check-ins. Ensure smooth collaboration and timely resolution of operational issues. Align team capacity with project needs through structured planning and allocation. Monitor delivery quality and gather customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with consultancy work. Facilitate information flow, clarify scopes, and support escalation handling. Provide input on solution proposals to ensure accuracy of content. Host internal sessions like “Lessons Learned” or “Friday Knowledge Sharing” to promote learning and best practices. Confirm scope, logistics, and documentation before consultants travel to clients. Capture learnings through structured debriefs and knowledge sharing. Drive consistent use of delivery methods, templates, and tools. Co-own the consultancy playbook, onboarding guides, and delivery models. Guide the team on adhering to security policies and customer-specific protocols. About you: You’re a people-first leader who brings calm structure to fast-moving environments. You know how to listen, identify what’s needed, and move things forward—without losing sight of the bigger picture. You have a natural ability to bring the right people together and speak both tech and business fluently. You have experience with: A strong technical acumen and comfort diving into system configurations, installations, and troubleshooting in mission-critical environments Hands-on experience with Linux administration, scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Grafana Familiarity with both Linux and Windows server environments Experience with virtualization and database systems like ElasticSearch or MongoDB A continuous learner who brings new ideas and frameworks into practice Ability to translate technical complexities into plain language for customers Willingness to support documentation, release testing, and join the on-call rotation when system uptime is essential Be part of the XCI Team You’ll join a creative and dedicated community of 140+ professionals united by XCI’s purpose: protecting society from criminal threats. We work on meaningful projects with real-world impact—and many of us feel like it’s a childhood dream come true. At XCI, we believe in freedom under responsibility, offering flexibility, autonomy, and a strong focus on your growth and well-being. You’ll collaborate with motivated colleagues in a dynamic and informal environment that values continuous development and great work-life balance.
