  • Experience as an Operations Manager, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager in consulting, grants advisory, or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, with experience managing deliverables-driven teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Singapore grants (EDG, CCP, etc.) will be highly valued.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Consulting Operations Manager (Capability Development) to manage our business writing/operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of all confirmed projects. You will be responsible for the workflow pipeline (Kanban), resource allocation, quality assurance, and client liaison, ensuring every project moves from initiation to completion seamlessly.
This role suits a candidate who combines operational management expertise with consulting sensibility — someone who can manage people, processes, and clients with equal effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the operations/writing team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Manage the Kanban project pipeline, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed to standard.
  • Ensure quality and compliance in ESG submissions, consultative reports, research deliverables, and CCP proposals.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client communications and inputs.
  • Establish best practices for efficiency, consistency, and quality across all projects.
  • Continuously improve internal processes to support scaling and delivery excellence.
