Enterprise AI strategy, transformation leadership, and operating model design.
Expertise in AI adoption, change management, capability building, and leadership enablement.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, data & analytics, automation, AI governance, and Responsible AI.
Ability to align business strategy, process redesign, technology, and people transformation.
Strong commercial acumen, business case development, portfolio prioritization, and benefits realization.
Excellent consulting, facilitation, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
