About the Role As a Consulting Principal, you will make an impact by driving strategic client engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, and fostering strong executive relationships. You will be a valued member of our Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and leadership. In this role, you will: · Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, building strong partnerships and aligning Cognizant’s offerings to deliver measurable business value. · Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. · Lead governance activities, including regular meetings with client and internal teams, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. · Partner with client stakeholders to prepare high-impact presentations, executive briefs, and portfolio updates. · Support town halls and Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) to maintain transparency and alignment. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring presence in Irving, Texas for client or Cognizant office meetings. What you must have to be considered · 12+ years of consulting experience in client-facing roles within global consulting or professional services. · Proven ability to manage large-scale delivery programs and governance for Fortune 500 clients. · Strong executive communication skills, including experience creating impactful presentations and business reviews. · Expertise in client relationship management, with a track record of building trust and driving strategic outcomes. · Ability to navigate complex environments and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. These will help you succeed · Experience in BFSI or related industries. · Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies. · MBA or equivalent advanced degree. · Strong leadership skills aligned with Cognizant’s values: Work as One, Dare to Innovate, Raise the Bar, Do the Right Thing, Own It.
