Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Product Master in Atlanta, Georgia and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Utilizing Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, AWS Developer Tools to lead information technology projects, including Server, Data Center, and Cloud Hosting Projects;
• Developing, maintaining, and managing project schedule and deliverables for clients using Jira, Confluence, Advanced Road Maps and Aha!;
• Defining performance measures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) based on stakeholders’ discussions, data, and trend analysis using Advanced Jira Query Language (JQL) and eazyBI;
• Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyzing client requirements, and translating requirements into project designs to deliver solutions that satisfy client needs using Gliffy, Draw.io, Comala Workflows and Confluence;
• Participating in business processes and driving customer requirements, scenario development, and technical implementation utilizing Jira, Adaptavist ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, Power Scripts, and Workflow Toolbox;
• Leading development, testing and deployment, utilizing Atlassian Software Development Kit (SDK), Zephyr Squad, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS), Relational Database Service (RDS), and Argo CD; and
• Creating plans to mitigate risks and issues over the course of the project, and managing the scope using change management processes, including Project Plans, Roadmaps, Risk Analysis and RAID Project Management methodologies.

WORK YOU’LL DO

Manage information technology projects, including development and implementation, ranging from requirements to architecture, design to development, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Manage technical teams to architect, build and deploy information technology project solutions. Manage and deliver components of information technology project engagements, within the full software development life cycle. Participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; and work with IT infrastructure teams to deploy and maintain applications.
