It employs licensed immigration consultants from the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and specializes in Canadian school application consulting services and supporting services for international students’ study and life. The institution’s headquarters is located in Montreal, Quebec.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Consulting Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. This role involves building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities
  1. Engage professionally with clients through on-line and in-person interactions, providing professional consultation on immigration, integration and overseas education services. Facilitate contract signing and ensure timely follow-up on customer payments.
  2. Cross-functionally collaborate with the case, admin and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and proactively expand the client network by leveraging existing resources.
  3. Assess client needs and develop tailored plans for overseas education and immigration, ensuring personalized and effective solutions.
  4. Monitor the overall immigration case progress, address clients’ concerns, issues and questions, and provide timely solutions and feedbacks.
  5. Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and promoting relevant offerings.
  6. Engage in social media activities, including live streaming, content creation, and interactive engagement, to strengthen the company’s brand awareness.
