You will use your deep knowledge of arboriculture to assess residential properties and identify solutions that keep our local landscapes healthy and beautiful. Key Responsibilities: Tree & Landscape Sales: Primary focus on selling expert tree pruning, removals, and light landscape maintenance services. Expert Consultation: Meet with residential clients to diagnose tree health and identify property-wide landscape needs. Precision Bidding: Write detailed proposals and accurately estimate man-hours to ensure production crew success. Pipeline Management: Proactively manage leads, follow up on quotes, and grow your local book of business. Requirements Certification: ISA Certified Arborist preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in the green industry; client-facing experience in high-end residential markets is highly valued. Skillset: Strong knowledge of arboriculture, production rates, and local Missouri landscape standards. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Google Suite.
