Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) supported by five to seven (5-7+) years of demonstrated technical success in pre-sales systems engineering in 3GPP cellular technologies One to two (1-2) years of experience working with industry Private Wireless solutions and ecosystems Strong knowledge of Private Wireless networks and their associated use cases including spectrum assets. Experience from Cellular RAN products, network planning & deployments and RF Engineering / Design indoor and outdoor is a plus. Experience from cellular network systems integration (SI), or managed services (MS) across RAN and Core Networks is a plus. Strong experience from pre-sales technical solution selling to end customers. Good understanding of private or public cloud design considerations like containerization, distributed systems, load balancing, LTE architecture Familiarity with Enterprise network concepts, protocols, and solutions, such as routing and switching, security and VPN, LAN/WAN/SDWAN/SSE etc. Ability to distill complex technical concepts into understandable language to any level of audience Superior professional and communication skills including the ability to navigate ambiguous scenarios, resolve conflict, influence preconceptions, and overcome objections. Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; a track record of consistent achievement A strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up, team-oriented environment Experienced in delivering webinars and in person presentations at events and conferences. Effectively bi-lingual with fluent Japanese as well as written and oral English skills
