High-end Business Development Group of the Hotel Partnership Development Department is a group that specializes in sales activities for high-end hotels and ryokan in Japan and overseas. In addition, there is an increasing focus on ryokan (Japanese style inns) that embody the unique Japanese hospitality. Our mission is to propose and realize the value that leading hotels and ryokans that offer wonderful experiences can provide through Rakuten Travel. In this position, you will work as a strategic partner for luxury hotels and ryokans, providing consulting services for attracting customers through the web (Rakuten Travel) and opening new stores on Rakuten Travel. We will make full use of various numerical analysis and web marketing know-how, and utilize the tools proposed by Rakuten Travel to increase sales. We work in a cycle of "understanding the current situation of the clients," "analyzing the current situation," "identifying issues," and "sharing goals, indicators, methods, and results. As a strategic partner, we share goals and develop strategies to achieve them. We provide web marketing know-how, numerical analysis, and various tools to help increase sales. Position Details - We offer proposals for participation in Rakuten Travel to high-end hotel and ryokan companies throughout Japan and provide strategic consulting services after opening a Rakuten Travel site. - We will set up issues for the companies that have opened websites and propose action plans. One person will be in charge of multiple companies on an ongoing basis, contributing to a sustainable increase in profits based on the PDCA cycle. - We will use the data held by Rakuten Travel to develop strategies. - As part of our proposal for attracting customers necessary to increase page access, we will propose and support the submission of web advertisements. - We will propose accommodation plans that match our special feature campaigns. - Planning of campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department.
