Consulting, Solution Architect – Agentic AI Conversational Banking (Thai Speaking)   Role Overview:The Solution Architect will lead the end‑to‑end architecture for an Agentic AI–powered Conversational Banking platform built on the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. The role demands strong architectural leadership, deep banking domain expertise, and effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Thai is essential for local stakeholder engagement and requirement discovery.   Key Responsibilities: Own and drive the end-to-end architecture for the Conversational Banking solution leveraging Agentic AI patterns and Azure cloud services. Design solution components using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Foundry/ Agent Framework, Azure API Management, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure content safety, and secure data platforms. Translate business and functional requirements—both in Thai and English—into scalable, secure, compliant solution designs. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, UX, data, security, and compliance teams to ensure architectural alignment. Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring adherence to architecture, engineering excellence, and delivery timelines. Prepare and present architecture deliverables for Architecture Review Boards and program working groups. Ensure the solution meets banking regulatory, security, resilience, and performance requirements. Identify architectural risks, integration dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies. Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, governance, and traceability across the program lifecycle.   Required Skills & Experience: Thai native / Thai speaking only Proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering conversational, digital, or AI-driven solutions in the banking or financial sector. Strong expertise in Agentic AI system design, LLM orchestration, grounding, prompt engineering, and Responsible AI principles. Hands-on knowledge of Azure services including Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Search, APIM, AKS, Service Bus/Event Grid, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB. Proficiency in Thai language (spoken and written) for stakeholder communication and requirement elicitation. Deep understanding of banking operations, compliance frameworks, integration landscapes, and security standards. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to architecture boards. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive solution delivery in complex, multi-vendor environments.
