Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Lake Mary, Florida and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Position requires 1 years of related work experience in each of the following:

• Performing assessments of existing information systems and identifying gaps between business requirements and current system capabilities utilizing JIRA;
• Synchronizing System Integration Testing (SIT) and test artifacts across all phases of testing, utilizing Agile methodology;
• Testing sub-components of larger application systems and integrating the applications with each other and continuously optimizing the system structure to improve stability and performance, utilizing Automic and Postman tools;
• Creating technical and functional system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process models, utilizing atlassian JIRA;
• Developing automation test scripts using Selenium for end to end validation of the user interfaces and writing SQL queries of moderate to high complexity;
• Tracking system defects using JIRA dashboards, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details;
• Using Agile Methodology to design test plans, drafts, and executing test cases, strategize and facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) along with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases; and
• Performing Scrum methodology administration, configuring and customizing tasks to understand the technical requirements and validate the overall functionality as an integrated system.

Provide software testing and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments, ranging from requirements to architecture, testing to deployment, and beyond as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Research user reported issues, identify root causes and resolutions, implement fixes, and liaise between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams. Perform testing activities by understanding business use cases and draft test cases that describe system requirements, entry criteria, and exit criteria. Create test cases for functional, non-functional, system integration, black-box, white-box, and end-to-end testing for software implementation. Perform test estimation, test planning, test design, test execution, test reporting as well as coordinate testing and test artifacts across all phases of testing, including SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), End-to-End, and Performance Testing. Route all test cases, testing results and reports for approvals as per established validation protocols.
