Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Buscamos un(a) Consultor(a) Legal Junior con formación en Derecho y experiencia en la revisión y gestión de contratos laborales y comerciales, preferentemente en sectores industriales. Esta posición estará dedicada a brindar soporte legal a proyectos de recursos naturales, con un enfoque particular en minería, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo y la correcta estructuración contractual de las operaciones. Responsabilidades: Revisar, analizar y redactar contratos laborales, comerciales y de prestación de servicios relacionados con proyectos mineros. Asegurar que los acuerdos contractuales cumplan con la legislación vigente y las políticas internas de la empresa. Apoyar en la gestión de riesgos legales asociados a las operaciones en el sector de recursos naturales. Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (operaciones, compras, recursos humanos) para alinear los aspectos legales de los proyectos. Mantener actualizada la documentación legal y contractual. Participar en reuniones de seguimiento legal de proyectos y brindar asesoría puntual. Qualifications Título en Derecho (abogado/a titulado/a). Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en derecho laboral y/o comercial. Deseable experiencia previa en sectores industriales, minería o energía. Conocimiento en revisión y redacción de contratos. Habilidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y con múltiples interlocutores. Nivel intermedio-avanzado de inglés (deseable). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis y atención al detalle.
