If so, Ricoh has the perfect opportunity for you!About The Role   As a Consumable Operations Agent, you’ll be a key member of our Contact Centre team, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This role is primarily phone and email-based, requiring proactive engagement to build strong customer relationships and ensure smooth processes related to consumables and @Remote connectivity. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for our customers. If you love helping people and want to work for a company that values innovation and sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!Your Key Responsibilities   Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries about consumable orders, explain ordering processes, and resolve disputes. Assist customers in registering machines for automated toner orders and meter detail collection. Take ownership of customer queries from start to finish, identifying root causes and delivering solutions. Maintain strong relationships through clear communication and education on Ricoh processes. De-escalate and resolve complaints in line with Ricoh’s ethics and integrity standards. Coordinate with the National Distribution Centre, NZ Couriers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and connectivity. Promote toner recycling and collaborate to minimize waste and reduce costs. Skills, Attributes, and Experience You Need to Be Successful   Proven experience in a call centre or customer-facing role Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Ability to handle complaints and negotiate effectively Passion for helping others and building positive relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy Quick, accurate typing skills Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Understanding of operational processes and willingness to learn Why Ricoh?   At Ricoh, our purpose is to empower workplaces and communities through innovation and sustainability.
