CONSUMER ACTIVATION MANAGER (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Consumer Activation Manager (m/f/d) as of now to strengthen our Marketing Department in Cologne. This is a temporary position and will be limited for 12 months.
You will operate within the Consumer Activation Team in the Marketing Department contributing to the success of our 1-2-1 activities in Germany, supporting our overall brand activation initiatives and projects in the areas of promotions, own retail, road shows and events.
We are looking for an experienced activation manager who is passionate about brands and consumers and is constantly striving to use this knowledge to enhance and optimize the mechanics and the execution of JTI’s 1-2-1 operations. You will join a dynamic, diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support, prepare, execute and manage consumer activation programs and projects within the respective consumer activation touchpoints.
  • Transfer brand objectives and insights into target group relevant activities.
  • Work according to brand guidelines, legal boundaries and ensure consistent program implementation as well as on time deliveries.
  • Ensure ongoing alignment between respective Marketing & Sales teams.
  • Supervise and manage budget efficiently for the respective areas of responsibility
  • Monitor and evaluate executed programs vs. defined KPIs
  • Support Consumer Activation Lead in strategic planning, provide necessary input for local and global meetings and presentations.
  • Develop recommendations for improvements or innovations within area of responsibility. Identify opportunities for future exploration.
  • Analyze market and consumer data to understand trends and competitor activities.
