Description Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position provides direct support and services to Intellectual Disabilities consumers, acts as first point of contact to external agencies, and ensure regulatory compliance in consumer matters. CRITICAL ELEMENTS: 1) Provide services and support to consumers in accordance with Bell’s policies, procedures and ideologies. 2) Assist the Intellectual Disabilities (ID) departments with applications, renewals, payments and correspondence. 3) Work with external agencies to apply for and/or update consumer income requirements. 4) Attend staff meetings and trainings as necessary. 5) Maintain electronic and paper records. ADDITIONAL ELEMENTS: 1) Answer and/or direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2) Work in conjunction with ID and Administrative Departments. 3) Work with accuracy and detail. 4) Organize files and records. 5) Understand confidentially and HIPAA regulations. 6) Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Minimum requirements: HS diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. PA State Police background check, Act 33 and/or FBI clearances. Additional MS Office software, one year human service and office experience preferred. E.O.E.
