Description

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Design and implement creative, compliant, and high-impact strategies across physical and digital channels.
  • Manage our digital ecosystem, blu.co.nz to drive seamless customer journey.
  • Translate consumer insights and platform data into innovative campaigns that work within legal and regulatory constraints.
  • Lead the content calendar and digital presence while coaching your direct report.
  • Leverage non-traditional marketing channels, where permitted by law, responsibly and effectively.
  • Continuously refine digital performance, using analytics and creative experimentation to drive results.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or D2C within challenging or restricted industries (e.g. tobacco, alcohol, gaming).
  • Strategic mindset with the creativity to market differently when conventional channels are off-limits.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, CMS, CRM tools, and digital campaign execution. Agile, adaptable, and driven to innovate, experience a restricted sector.
  • Analytical thinker with a hands-on approach to data, content, and results.
  • Collaborative leader with people management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
