Description
From a product perspective, be responsible for consumer research at all stages of the product life cycle. Extract value perspectives from it, influence decisions such as product portfolio planning and product definition, and ultimately promote the improvement of product competitiveness. Starting from the dimensions of functional features and selling points, based on the needs of the target group, conduct in-depth insights into consumers, conduct special research, and gain insight into product innovation points and experience improvement points. Starting from the user dimension, identify the key usage purposes, usage scenarios and key equipment requirements of typical users, extract the experience improvement direction and function development direction of a single product or cross-products, and formulate implementation suggestions. Make full use of the company's internal and external resources and means (including 1 qualitative, quantitative, big data, competition data, market data, etc.), focus on core business issues, professionally and rigorously formulate, and implement research plans with the product team to ensure high quality at each node output. Good communication and coordination skills are required, good at cross-departmental, multi-team joint work, good at grasping the core in complex solutions, with a good systematic thinking model, and able to carry out product management from overall to detail. BA/MA degree. More than 3 years’ experience in consumer insight in mobile phone industry or consumer insight company. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and data analysis, and those with special practical experience in mobile phones. Have a deep understanding of products and markets, and those with experience in product planning and product management are preferred. Have excellent logical thinking skills, data analysis skills, opinion refining skills, and communication and expression skills; you combine empathy with data insights to uncover deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors. Has led robust customer insight programs with the ability to generate new knowledge and approaches; established best in class customer research and understanding. Capability to translate insights into actionable strategies and recommendations that drive business growth and improve customer experience. Be curious and emotional about new things, and be willing to incorporate them into your work, and have ideas and opinions. Digital electronics enthusiasts are preferred. Additional language requirement: English and Mandarin.
