Are you passionate about understanding customer behaviour and using data to drive impactful decisions? At Pets at Home, we’re looking for a Consumer Insights Executive to help us put pets and their owners at the heart of everything we do.

As the Consumer Insights Executive, you’ll analyse customer feedback, conduct research and deliver actionable insights to inform our business strategy and improve customer experiences.
The role offers hybrid working from our Support Office in Handforth, Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Scripting, analysing and presenting findings from customer research studies
• Supporting the consumer sentiment programme, tracking shifts in customer attitudes
• Managing and analysing data from our Consumer Experience programme
• Collaborating with the Customer Insight Manager to brief and deliver research projects
