Job Description: This job is responsible for connecting Consumer Investments clients with the breadth of solutions that the bank offers to help achieve financial goals. Key responsibilities include balancing sales opportunities with some service requests, providing subject matter expertise on financial solutions, asking clients probing questions to understand life and financial goals, and pairing new solutions and services to meet client needs. Job expectations include partnering with specialists across Consumer Investments to fulfill banking needs of clients to assist in accomplishing their financial goals. Responsibilities: • Partners with Consumer Investments call center advisors and relationship managers to educate and deepen on bank sales opportunities for personal banking needs • Works with Consumer Investments clients to deepen relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending the best bank products, services, and solutions to meet those needs • Responds to general customer inquiries, navigate complex situations and providing problem resolution for client concerns • Sells and fulfills banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, Certificate of Deposits (CDs), Individual Retirement Accounts (IRAs) • Quotes rates, terms, and programs for banking solutions with 100% accuracy • Manages risk in every business, product, and service transaction by consistently leveraging available tools and resources Qualifications: Active Listening Business Development Consulting Customer Service Management Customer and Client Focus Adaptability Attention to Detail Client Experience Branding Interpret Relevant Laws, Rules, and Regulations Client Solutions Advisory Issue Management Problem Solving Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Privacy Statement: https://careers.bankofamerica.com/en-us/privacy-notice At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection.
