In this role, you will be responsible for identifying lending opportunities, building strong relationships, and guiding our members through the loan application process. The pay for this position starts at $20.47 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. This position also earns incentive monthly, with no cap or limit on the amount of incentive that can be earned. Duties Include: Initiates loan applications and guides the member through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Identifies all products and services needed by the member, and cross-sells beneficial products and services. Reviews loan applications submitted electronically. Obtains all necessary documentation to secure the loan. Evaluates credit reports and discusses the credit report with the member. Contacts members via phone or in writing to resolve questions and finalize applications. Executes a consistent sales process to build and develop member relationships while maintaining the Credit Union’s core values. Maintains sales pipeline to capture all opportunities and ensure no member is left unserved. Meets or exceeds sales goals established for the position. Experience in sales and customer service. Knowledge of lending and financial services preferred. Excellent communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
